Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges must be authorized by Reignn Eyewear personnel first for approval. If you would like to Return/Exchange an item from your order, please email the team ([email protected]) to follow through with the  the Return/Exchange Authorization process. All items must be unworn, free of damage, and returned with original packaging to be eligible.  

Please follow the below instructions in original email: 

  1. Request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order 

  2. Add Subject Line - “Order #XXX - Return/Exchange” 

  3. Body - Reason for your  return/exchange of item(s)

*Shipping fees/cost are at the expense of the client.

Refunds will be for the amount of the item(s) purchased and will not include any shipping costs/fees previously charged.    

*Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflect in your account, this depends on timing of final authorization and  your bank/financial institution.
